ree

LGBT Tech is honored to be among the 13 nonprofit organizations recognized by Pluralsight One in their recent announcement of $2 million in cash grants aimed at expanding access to technology skills development for underrepresented communities.

The initiative includes more than 25,000 complimentary Pluralsight Skills licenses, with recipients selected for their commitment to workforce diversity and tech inclusion. LGBT Tech was highlighted for its impact-driven work:

“LGBT Tech develops programs and resources grounded in empirical research that support LGBTQ+ communities, working to educate organizations and policymakers on the unique needs LGBTQ+ individuals face when it comes to tech.”

This support is enabling LGBT Tech to expand flagship programs like PATHS, which provides LGBTQ+ individuals, especially from underserved backgrounds, with STEAM career tools, mentorship, and digital literacy resources.
