PATHS Forward Summit: Community IRL

The digital world is no longer separate from everyday life; how we connect, share, and protect ourselves online has real-world impact. Access to technology and digital skills shapes opportunity, career pathways, and personal safety, yet rapid change makes it difficult to keep up. For LGBTQ+ individuals, these challenges are even more critical, as online spaces can affect safety, visibility, and access to opportunity while issues like harassment, privacy risks, and barriers to participation persist. Advancing DEI in STEAM and the workforce is essential to creating safer, more inclusive digital spaces for all—both online and in our communities IRL.

The PATHS Forward Summit provides culturally relevant education on cyber safety and workforce digital skills, especially in STEAM, while creating space for community dialogue and connection.
