The event will feature two panels discussing the intersection of being LGBTQ+ and the workplace, as well as personal experiences as LGBTQ+ individuals entering and navigating STEAM careers. STEAM professionals from across the community and across STEAM fields will come together in discussion with one another about their experiences and building space for LGBTQ+ in STEAM.
Panel: Building Space
In this panel our professionals will discuss initiatives, strategies and perspectives on LGBTQ+ inclusion & DEI in HR, recruiting, workplace culture, as well as well as highlighting the important work done by organizations that empower LGBTQ+ individuals in STEAM.
